Position Description: *Ensure planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. *Implement strategies in alignment to provide a clear sense of direction and focus. *Estimating production costs and setting the quality standards. *Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. *Working out the human and material resources to ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met. *Increase production, efficiency and flexibility while minimizing nonvalue added activities and maintaining product quality. *Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets. *Contribute to continuous improvement activities through Lean and best practices implementation. *Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities . *Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. Share a trusting relationship with workgroup from plant and management. *Collect and analyze data to find places of waste for improvements. *will be responsible for process scrap , Inventory and Quality parameters as a part of KPI. *Shop floor and workforce management *To understand customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality. #### Position Requirements: B.E ( Electronics/ Mechanical ) or equivalent / Higher qualification with total 15 + years of experience in manufacturing with minimum 7-8 yrs.in managerial position. *Planning and organization skills to be able run and monitor the production process. *The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers and clients *Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines with the ability to work under pressure and multitask. *Hands on experience for Lean implementation , production systems , FMEA , VSM , QC Tools , EMS and QMS requirements . *Results-driven approach to work with the ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
