Role can be based in Irvine,CA or Remote JOB SUMMARY: As a Manager, Professional CRM Product Marketing Manager for AD-L you will be responsible for the CRM communication strategy to our customers (health care providers) about the Allē platform and its role within our portfolio of aesthetic brands. Allē has a robust roadmap to deliver in 2022. This net new role is critical to the success of our new product launches and ongoing product usage and retention. WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERYDAY: Work with internal partners/stakeholders to understand business objectives, goals and opportunities. Build the communication strategy, inclusive of creative and business requirements, and partner with CRM Operations to execute. Develop personalized journeys for Allē customers based on practice type and staff role. Establish cadences and success metrics for Allē provider campaigns. Leverage Customer Success data to better understand customer behavior, sentiment and needs. Continually optimize campaigns based on performance. Key Responsibilities: % of Time Professional CRM Strategy owner 30% Creative development, internal and external agency management 30% Assist in build of Professional CRM Instance in Segment and Braze 10% Build out Professional CRM Reporting 10% Personalization, optimization, and scalability 20% Key internal partners and stakeholders for this role include but are not limited to: Allē Program and Product teams, Creative Studio, Data Analytics team, Allē Field team, Marketing Technology Team, Promotions Team, Consumer CRM team, outside vendors. Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: Bachelor’s Degree 10 or more years of marketing experience Demonstrated experience in enterprise CRM Solutions Track record of success in B2B lifecycle, promotional, loyalty and/or direct marketing. B2C marketing or platform experience preferred. Experience managing a creative agency and several cross functional work streams at once. The willingness and ability to create and/or improve processes that streamline activity and provide workflow transparency. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills. A test and learn mindset Operational agility and attention to detail. Digital savvy and comfort with new technologies (e.g., Confluence / Jira, MIRO, Loom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Suite, etc.) Previous pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
