You will be responsible for: 

• implementing HOR/RDE developments and land administration in WKCD;
• contributing to business planning of HOR/RDE developments in WKCD;
• collaborating with relevant stakeholders in preparation of HOR/RDE development tenders and related agreements;
• managing the quality and timely delivery of project feasibility studies and consultancies;
• providing support to Management in connection with reporting to senior management, the Board and its Committees; and
• supporting Management to resolve complex HOR/RDE development issues with a creative mindset.
  
  

You should:

• possess a recognised university degree in real estate, surveying, business or related disciplines;
• preferably to have membership of appropriate professional institution;
• have around 8 years of relevant experience in land and property development, preferably in relation to property development projects of public organisations;
• have experience in liasing with developers on development requirement, interfaces and programme;
• possess strong interpersonal skills and be very proficient in written communication skills; and
• preferably have previous exposure to the arts and cultural environment or tourism sector.
