Responsibilities:
- To manage and supervise the whole process of preparation of acquisition offers to ensure timely preparation of offer schedules for Land, Rehousing and Compensation Committee’s approval and to analyse acquisition offers and report findings with recommendations as and when required
- To work closely with and answer queries from Lands Department to ensure timely submission of assessments for URA Board’s approval and then to the Financial Secretary as required under the URA Ordinance
- To prepare annual asset valuation of URA owned properties in a professional manner and handle internal and external audit queries
- To manage and structure external and internal data for property market analysis and prediction
- To assist in development of various system functions of Urban Renewal Information System and any other new applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in Surveying or relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years’ managerial experience in property appraisal or
- Professional qualifications (MHKIS (General Practice Division) / MRICS or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
