Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  • Review and supervise outcomes of daily online quality inspection to ensure production is within specification.
  • Identify and set up critical control point in the process to ensure product quality.
  • Identify areas to be improved and initiate the improvement.
  • Apply SPC to the process to improve process control.
  • Drive the GMP,PRP,OPRP improvement in the process through daily and periodic inspection. Initiate and follow up improvement plan with associated department.
  • Train up and qualify production technicians and inspectors to make sure they understand the quality and products standards
  • Review and access process related procedures periodically and ensure procedures are updated, practical and fully followed, such as QCP system and other process quality related systems.
  • Handle all quality incident, make decision for production related. Follow and validate CAPA.
  • Quality copilot of area to involve in change assessment and standards implementation.
  • Coordinate the HACCP program in the area. Apply HACCP to the process to ensure all CP and CCP are properly identified and set up, all related procedures are in place and well implemented.
  • Lead process quality related report summarization monthly and quarterly of whole factory.
  • Lead routine process quality system review and updating, data analysis program in whole factory.
  • Complete any other projects assigned by QA Manager.


Qualifications/任职条件

  • This position requires a university graduate with over 5 years relevant experiences, with over 2 year at a supervisory level gained from sizable multinational companies, preferable in food industry, pharmaceutical industry, motor industry or electronic industry. Experience with food regulatory issues, GMP,PRP,OPRP and HACCP is desirable but not required.
  • The incumbent must be systematic thinking, a self-starter, highly resourceful and self-motivated, with dynamic proactive work style and with an eye for details.
  • The incumbent is also required to possess good inter-personal and communication skill, as well as negotiation and problem solving skills, the ability to interact effectively with personnel at multiple levels throughout the organization
  • The incumbent should also be proficiency in both spoken and written English
