This exciting role offers opportunity to: This position is responsible for effectively and efficiently assess Supplier Performance, set Strategy aligned with the business and use metrics to drive continuous improvements. To strategically define Critical to Quality elements of products / process and effectively analyze, assess and mitigate the risks associated with any potential failures. Design / develop tools and techniques for measuring systems and devices. To provide advanced analysis and feedback reports on inspection and test results to internal and external customers. Define and lead measurement system analysis studies. Manages and reports on a set of metrics for a given area of improvement. Analyzes metrics to determine necessary corrective actions including stop production and stop shipment. Participates with the site business team to prepare the quality aspect of the strategic plan. Demonstrates Continuous Improvement Impact Develop internal processes to address changes to External requirements. To have an intrinsic understanding of the industry / customer specific Advanced Quality Planning process and product validation and approval requirements. Qualifications Requirement: BE-EEE/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Working experience of 12 to 15 years Experience in QMS, Supplier quality , customer quality Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) Experience in handling PPAP/APQP Strong experience in Structured Problem Solving 5-6 years people management experience 8D Tools – Root Cause Analysis Should have handled KPI's like CONC, DPPM, FPY Working knowledge of SAP MS Office literate (Word, PowerPoint, MS Access) Yes!
