Job Purpose: Assist Director of Retail Operations to manage daily operations of Retail areas, including back office at Wynn Macau. Oversee daily work applications and permits to ensure everything is processed according to standard operating procedures and in a timely manner. Work with leased store managers to ensure successful Retail partnerships. Develop strong relationships. Communicate and/or reinforce Wynn guidelines, policies, and procedures. Manage coordination between retailers, projects & logistics team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure all retail projects are completed in a timely manner and according to Wynn standards.
Manage the manpower of Retail-owned stores and ensure sufficient manpower is allocated for smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the day-to-day operations of retail stores and back office to ensure smooth progress for both Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace; fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency. Reports regularly and promptly to Director.
• Work closely with the Retail Marketing team to support execution of promotional programs and technical coordination of display windows and showcases.
• Work closely with Projects & Logistics to ensure retail projects are coordinated well and in a timely manner, according to Wynn standards. Participate in project kick-off, site inspections, and status meetings to oversee completion.
• Oversee daily work applications by Retail Coordinators and ensure timely completion, according to Wynn procedures.

Competencies and Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ Retail administration or 2 years’ multinational administration management experience
Education: Bachelor degree preferred, or relevant equivalent work experience
Language: Cantonese and English (Mandarin an advantage)
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office. Software knowledge: Time Manager, MMS, Kenexa, Techtrans
