In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work as an integrator together with experts and partners from North America Market, Integrated Supply Chain, and Business Groups to help translate the strategic business plans into operational excellence in Market to Order (M2O) and Order to Cash (O2C).

Additionally, the Revenue Planning Manager will lead planning efforts; as well as, build tools and processes to support key objectives such as demand planning, resource capacity, inventory modeling, revenue forecasting, plan optimization, and root cause analysis.

You are responsible for

  • Driving integration across the end to end value stream by identifying key drivers of value and influencing others to work cross functionally to increase operational excellence and customer value.

  • Collaborating by working with experts and stakeholders from NAM Market, Integrated Supply Chain, and Business Groups to ensure accurate information is used for 18-month rolling forecasts.

  • Apply advanced analytic techniques such as optimization, simulation, data mining and statistics to design, implement, validate, and refine models to drive performance and forecast accuracy

  • Driving process improvements and hands over sustainable solutions to the responsible organization, embedded into their standard work

  • Analyzing new scenarios and quantifying the performance with end-to-end scope for management decisions working closely together with adjacent functions

  • Contribute to the deployment of tactical, financial and operational plans by driving continuous improvement in NAM & Supply Chain processes

  • Coordinating and developing analytics and lean methodologies to drive behaviors around improvements in key S&OP/SIOP (Sales Inventory and Operational Planning) metrics

  • Applying advanced analytic techniques such as optimization, simulation, data mining and statistics to design, implement, validate, and refine models to drive performance and forecast accuracy

  • Working closely with IT and Platform guide to clarify requirements and approve solutions designs by IT

  • Applying advanced understanding of systems, master data, and data architecture to pull data from numerous tables and from multiple sources to be merged and analyzed

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • MBA highly preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in demand management, project planning, and scheduling, and/or supply chain management

  • Advanced knowledge of databases and software skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel with pivots and v-lookups), Power BI (or Tableau), SAP and Salesforce

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, Server SSIS or other ETL tools preferred, including experience with data integration and aggregation from multiple disparate sources

  • Demonstrated experience designing impactful dashboards communicating key concepts and KPIs in Qlik, Tableau or Power BI

  • Proven ability to collaborate with other functions to achieve overall business objectives

  • Adapt in a fast paced environment requiring a high level of collaboration

  • Understanding of Supply Chain concepts and their financial impact

  • Experienced in conducting critical path analysis, analysis of changes to schedule assumptions and impact on targets

  • Consistent track record in demonstrating continuous process improvement to find solutions of the complex supply chain, project management or implementation issues

  • Self-starter capable of working in a matrix environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact successfully at all department and organizational levels
