Job Description
The required candidate should be : From OEMs Ideally from the companies like : Danfoss, Belimo, Flowcon, Advance Valves, Honeywell, Dwyer, Greystone, Kamstrup, Landis and Gyr Product Key words for search – Valves actuators, Pressure independent Valves, Manual Valves, Butterfly Valves, Ball Valves, Globe Valves, VFD (Variable frequency drive) , Sensors, Field Devices, Flow Meters Shall have handled Channel Sales Business for minimum 5 years of overall experience. Educational Qualification : B.Tech ( Electrical / Electronics ) , MBA would be an added advantage. Experience : 5-9 Years in the relevant domain. Job Description : 1 Should have experience of handling Business thru Channel Partners / Distributors in North Region i.e. Delhi NCR, Punjab , Haryana, Rajasthan , Uttar Pradesh , Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh 2 Should have in-depth experience of working with HVAC Contractors , Civil Contractors , EPC, MEP contractors , Builders , PMC's within the region. 3 Should have worked with HVAC products i.e., Valves actuators, Pressure independent Valves, Manual Valves, Butterfly Valves, Ball Valves, Globe Valves, VFD (Variable frequency drive) , Sensors, Field Devices, Flow Meters 4 Should be able to manage Channel Partners Business & ensure the growth for Organization as well as for RSL / Channel Partners. 5 To establish, maintain and improve on meeting the needs of the RSL Channel and End customers in the territory and support for all techno commercial needs 6 Ensure to reach the assigned yearly Sales targets (e.g., Order intake & Sales revenue & collection) targets with unique forecast month after month 7 Achieve timely submission of Sales funnel for review purpose , Daily call report and OV/TO Tracking formats on 1st working day of the month for review before Monthly Sales call. 8 Achieve Accurate projection of Must Win List Projects in sales funnel which are potential orders for the month and highlight the support required to close the project 9 Achieve timely invoicing of Sales orders booked with reference to the Lead time of the product and achieve the forecasted sales revenue target for the month 10 Achieve timely collection as per the collectable outstanding for the month with RSL Channels and achieve the forecasted monthly collection target 11 Make scheduled monthly visits to Key consultants and closely work on Specifying Siemens products & system portfolio for the upcoming projects and share the lead with RSL Channels Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
