Job Description

Summary:

Reporting to National Sales Operations Manager, to be in full charge of National Trade Spending including deployment in channels, tracking & management. This role will need to lead the regional sales operations team to follow national guideline in execution of the national prom activities and guiding/coordinating with local sales team to identify channel/customer priorities/needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Trade Solutions

  • Manage national trade spending of full categories to stay within budget
  • Jointly with Sales ensures the optimal allocation planning of trade spending, and ensure appropriate processes and controls are followed in the use of resources
  • Ensures timely and excellent execution of agreed promotions per aligned plans in the channel
  • Participate in S&OP process, and own the country demand management process

Channel and Customer Support

  • Supports local sales team in deploying to channels/major customers, and securing alignment on guidelines
  • Prepares and consolidates annual business plans for select key channels/customers
  • Executes channel specific plans consistent with corporate directions
  • Leads local tracking of distribution performance, competitive activities, trade sales and inventory

Interactions

  • Work closely with internal customer marketing, finance to align and control the trade spending deployment and ROI
  • Support local sales team in the deployment of promotion activities as well as trade spending allocation and keeping within budget

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies

  • Bachelor degree

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies

  • Should have multi-functional experience in Customer Marketing, or Sales, Sales Operations in a FMCG Company
  • Knowledge of the categories, pertinent key customers, and key competitive set
  • Clear understanding of the different channel Go-to-Market strategies/principles, Wholesale, Distributor, in the local market.
  • Strong Communication, & presentation skill,Deliver results
  • Manages executions diligently, with keen attention to details
  • Manage disagreements,Demonstrate ability to manage up and across organization.
  • Financial Analytical knowledge
  • Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office
