Our top-tier clients, leading property developer, is looking for an experienced and passionate architect to drive and lead the upcoming projects in Hong Kong region.

As a manger, you will be working closely with Head of architecture delivering the projects in the stages of concept, schematic, detailed-design, and construction. Familiar with building ordinance and Hong Kong architectural practice is key, along with excellent client facing skills and the ability to multi-task.

To be a successful candidate you will have at least 10 years of work experience holding professional qualification license – HKIA/RIBA. Furthermore, you will be highly considered if you acquire professional recognition AP (List of architects). You will also show initiative, enthusiasm, be able to work independently and within a team environment.
