We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to join our Hong Kong office as we continue the build out of our Business & Investor Advisory team in East Asia. Reporting to the regional leader, you will help to originate and execute advisory engagements that leveraging the firm’s broad range of technical and commercial expertise. You will have a primary focus on building complex project financing models and providing insightful financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Execute consulting engagements, which include coordinating with cross-discipline teams to develop bespoke solutions for clients
• Build and run financial and decision support models
• Build and run complex project financing models, including incorporation of financing sources across the capital spectrum and relevant credit metrics and working with other consultants to obtain sign off on tax and accounting calculations and/or model audits
• Undertake detailed research to support project delivery and / or business development initiatives
• Support senior team members to identify and pitch for consulting projects across East Asia
• Build relationships with both internal and external clients
• Take primary responsibility for effective project management during project delivery phases
• Participate in knowledge sharing and support the development of other team members

Qualifications and Experiences required:

• Degree in Business / Accounting / Economics / Finance with relevant postgraduate qualification, e.g. CA, CPA, CFA, either complete or in progress
• At least 5 years of financial modelling and advisory experience, gained in modelling teams in Big 4 firm or investment banking environments
• An understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) structures
• Familiarity with financing products across the capital structure, including senior debt, mezzanine finance and equity bridge lines
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to work with limited supervision, manage cross disciplinary teams and work towards tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at both working and executive levels
• Proficiency in at least one of the following Asian languages: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia
