#### Position Description:


This individual will manage Lenovo's High End Thinksystem  servers for the
Hyperscale customization opportunities as well as our OEM opportunities.  This
individual will also manage a team that will include the System Project
Managers and some supporting team members.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Manage multiple customized projects and own project management of systems
• Drive project status, and manage budget and headcount
• Ensure delivery of project and work with external customers

#### Position Requirements:


You must have the following skills to be considered:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of experience

The following skills are preferred:
• Strong understanding of the High End portfolio and system development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly and effectively
communicate and work with customers directly
• Ability to manage budgets and plan new projects
• Strong leadership skills for both people management activities as well as
leading teams to be effective working with customers
• Preferably understand the Hyperscale requirements and how these customer
needs are different than our general purpose platforms
