A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.

Our Systems Process and Quality team oversees all major functions of learning and development processes to ensure efficient delivery of quality materials to our internal partners. As part of the team, you’ll assist with the development, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the systems and processes that are used to run learning and development operations.

  • Lead system administrators to provide T2-T3 support on learning and development (L&D) systems, including but not limited to learning management system, and troubleshoot and resolve system performance and usage issues;
  • Maintain and develop procedures and standards to reflect changing technologies and best practices and update technical documentations accordingly;
  • Design and develop solutions to drive process automation and standardisation to enhance performance efficiency in L&D;
  • Manage L&D system projects by applying project management practice to ensure proper vendor and solution evaluation; compatibility with existing systems; and completion of testing, quality delivery and with full documentation;
  • Translate business needs in L&D’s digital transformation into technical requirements and work closely with solution architects to design, develop and implement the solutions;
  • Transfer skills to fellow L&D members through coaching, on-the-job training and knowledge-sharing;
  • Support any ad-hoc L&D projects as may be required or assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related disciplines;
  • Six years' experience in mid to large size organisations on system administration, end user support, application development, process improvement and project management;
  • Solid experience in SQL, designing and developing web application development with Javascript, HTML5, CSS and JQuery;
  • Experience in learning management systems or elearning technical standards is definitely an advantage;
  • Experience in Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview or UIPath is preferred;
  • Experience in vendor management is a plus;
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills with ability to communicate business needs or issues to technical and non-technical staff;
  • Candidate with less experience may also considered as a junior position.
