This leader will be accountable for providing talent acquisition leadership and delivery for a team dedicated to building our Engineering team with our Semiconductor Products Group. The right candidate will be excited to lead and guide a team, build talent acquisition solutions that scale across the Americas’.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a highly engaged, high-performing remote recruiting team of 8 and its delivery
  • Follow business unit plans and priorities to allocate resources and design projects
  • Be a talent magnet – think inclusively and create winning talent strategies to source and build diverse talent pipelines that attract passive talent to Applied Materials
  • Be a talent advisor and leverage talent and market insights to influence and support hiring outcomes with key stakeholders
  • Design solutions to transform the way we work through influence and collaboration
  • Lead and infuse operational excellence and efficiency in recruiting processes; evaluate,  innovate, and optimize operational solutions
  • Establish performance metrics
  • Evaluate and improve recruiting process
  • Design and drive diversity

Knowledge

  • Recruiting regulations, laws, and compliance considerations (EEOC, DOL, etc.)
  • Recruiting best practices, benchmarks, and tools

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years recruiting experience
  • Previous recruiting team leadership experience

Education

  • Four-year degree
