This exciting role offers opportunity to: Job Summary This position is responsible to provide functional leadership on Talent Management in EIIC. The person would be leading Talent Management & organization Effectiveness with additional responsibility of University Relations - assimilation and Early talent development program , learning & development in EIIC. Strategic inputs and execution of Technical track , tecnical capability building framwork Person would be responsible for strategizing and leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs.Serve as process expert to business leaders for core TMOE practices, including Organization Capability Assessment (OCA), Performance Management System, employee engagement survey, Organization Change Management (OCM), and Organization Design Job Responsibilities Leading & driving performance management process with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building. Act as advisor to the business and HR function in the areas of performance, leadership potential assessment and change management; support all group and corporate initiatives Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent Driving the culture building exercise and playing a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating TM issues and solutions as appropriate Provide HR functional perspective to the team for driving relevant and meaningful solutions. Develops approaches to build organizational capability through leadership development planning activities such as targeted assignments, experiential learning, executive coaching, 360 feedback, formal education, and leadership programs. Qualifications Requirement: MBA with strong HR functional Knowledge. Ability to coach & influence Sr. Leaders Years and area of experience required 10+Years Technical knowledge HR certification would be an additional eg.
