Responsibilities:
- To assist in designing and implementing different talent and leadership development programmes at different staff levels to build talent pools for business and operation purposes
- To coordinate the nomination and selection of talents to join the talent and leadership development programmes and initiatives
- To organise and implement the Development/Assessment Centre with different methodologies and tools to review and validate the talents
- To work together with relevant stakeholders to follow up the development progress of the talents
- To manage the implementation of succession plans and assist in reporting the succession situations to senior executives
- To take charge of the publication of Staff Newsletter with relevant internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Humanities or similar disciplines
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Talent Management, People Development or Organisation Development field in established organisation of which at least 5 years should be in supervisory capacity
- Knowledge and experience in data collection/analytics and HR systems/solutions implementation will be an added advantage
