Job Description & Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the Human Capital Technical & Integration Lead on implementation, administration, and management of all existing HR systems, especially our core HCM and payroll systems and their associated integrations. In this role, you will continually optimize the user experience and value of technology investments across human capital function and the firm. Consult and problem solve with business leaders, provide thought leadership, and support the design, development and implementation of HR technology and innovative initiatives. You will also work with the team in design, implementation, testing, communication, maintenance, and administration in support of the firm’s human capital digitalisation strategy.

  • Execute the technical and integration strategy for human capital function;
  • Act as technology expertise in supporting human capital systems such as HCM, payroll, recruiting and performance management;
  • Support to build out long-term roadmap for system expansion and integration;
  • Document and maintain documentation on interface design, validation procedures and system monitoring for IT and security auditing and quality review;
  • Lead the systems update review and testing process including the coordination of testing and implementation of new or modified functionality with any stakeholders and internal working partners;
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training, communication and change plans and actions to ensure that systems capabilities are broadly understood and improve the effectiveness of human capital systems;
  • Research and implement system enhancement to reduce error, increase efficiency, and ensure alignment with firm strategies and priorities;
  • Work with Workday AMS team locally to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with inbound and outbound integrations among various systems and resolve escalated issues to ensure delivery of high quality services;
  • Anticipate, review, test and recommend newly released functionality across all installed modules;
  • Identify trends or root cause behaviours for frequently occurring issues and errors and manage potential solutions;
  • Serve as a human capital technology CoE to work with various stakeholders internally and external vendors to find innovative solutions to achieve business needs;
  • Deliver a full range of human capital program support including planning and achievement tracking, using tools and resources, developing documentation and communications and driving project execution;
  • Support ongoing and recurring human capital initiatives (such as year end performance and compensation review, talent acquisition and etc.) from technical and integration aspect;
  • Work with Data & Process team to improve end to end process efficiency and data integrity;
  • Work with Digital Transformation team to explore new technology and innovative solution to improve user experience and digitalise human capital processes;
  • Analyze data structures, build data warehouse and integration solutions to develop reporting, dashboard and analytical capabilities in partnership with the Talent Analytics team.
