Manager, Validation Engineering

Job Description
Your main responsibilities: Lead and manage efficiently the Validation Engineering team in Espoo Guide and mentor colleagues globally on UPS design and testing Recruit team members and enhance team proficiency Coordinate daily testing activities and resources between projects and tests Make test plans, resource plans including people, test bays and test equipment Responsible of team’s job safety in R&D test labs together with Lead Safety Engineer Give technical supervision and writing and reviewing test plans and specifications Give technical support on UPS systems to product management, technical support, sales support, manufacturing and sales.
