Job Description

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • In charge of data bank & strategy center, provide consumer insights for daily operation, manage and measure refined consumer operation project follow AIPL & FAST model to maximized investment efficiency.
  • Responsible for innovative projects such as TMIC C2M innovation and category co-build etc. with deep cooperation with customers to drive business growth.
  • Co-work with sales team to develop the annual EC in-site media buy strategy and maximized media ROI.
  • Study Alibaba eco-system media landscape and cooperate with brand / digital team to integrate media & digital resource to deliver AIPL & FAST result.
  • Maintain relationship/resources pool of media agencies and EC platform to ensure always getting download of market news and trend.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • FMCG/ Infant Milk category is preferred.
  • At least 3 years working experience related to marketing and media
  • Experience in CMI or E-commerce media is preferred.
  • Experience in data ISV or related agency management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication with Mandarin and English is must.
  • Familiar with office soft ware
  • Able travel based on business request.
