As an SI-level function reporting to the SI CEO the CoC has the objective to address opportunities identified in preparation of the 2022 Siemens Strategy Review, where SI’s sustainability business was reviewed by the Siemens Managing Board. As a cross-business function the team is focusing on the best approach to driving our sustainability business in grids, buildings and at the grid edge. This is about fully leveraging opportunities centered around decarbonization, energy efficiency, resource efficiency as well as increased well-being, safety and security of people. Topic areas include sustainability related enablement of sales and delivery, narrative and positioning as well as support for strategy and portfolio themes. The basis for your success is an excellent academic track record. You have at least 2 years of experience in infrastructure related sustainability, alternatively 2 years of experience in management consulting (top-tier). You have at least 2 years of experience at Siemens, preferably from sales or other operational roles in a business unit of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. You have solid experience in communicating, aligning, and managing stakeholders across multiple levels, including executive leadership. You are a structured self-starter with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. You feel comfortable in multi-national environments and virtual team settings.
