Job Description

The sales professionals that support our Customers and Partners are buildings and manages our relationships with customers, distributors, and ecosystem partners. Our employees are knowledgeable advocates for Intel's products and solutions. The team understands the needs of our customers by listening to the problems they are trying to solve and sharing our company's solutions.

This position would be LEADING the team that covers our components and strategic accounts in Mexico, driving billings of a vast portfolio of Intel Technologies with our local OEM ecosystem including sales of components thru our distribution channel in the country, impacting all of our business segments and reaching a vast amount and types of end users.

Responsibilities of leading this team include:

  • Managing the local OEM partner ecosystem including relationship with Distributors and sub distributors to achieve our business objectives in Mexico
  • Directly managing Mexico billings sales out and reach Intel's objectives across BUs
  • Responsible for the local designs using Intel technologies with selected partners across all of our Business Units.
  • In charge of establishing relationships with the C-level executives of component, local OEM, and design-in accounts of the Mexico partner ecosystem.
  • Overseeing country supply sell in for components in distribution channels working closely with our operations teams
  • Managing a highly matrixed team including colleagues from Channel Scale and Partners, Retail, Enterprise and Government, Marketing, BU Sales among others

Responsibilities as a manager:

  • Set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
  • Working with customers on joint sales and marketing programs which includes creative, imaginative and proactive marketing or business development programs.
  • Support the major customer sales force and negotiates with many levels of customer management.
  • Represent Intel in third party relationships.
  • Requires extensive theoretical, practical, and industry knowledge. Applies and/or develops highly advanced technologies, principles, and concepts.

**This is a commissioned sales position.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Business administration or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • 5+ years of leadership/people management experience, with direct and/or indirect teams
  • 5+ years' experience working on distribution channels and with OEMs (multinational or Local)
  • Advanced level of English

The following preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:

  • Experience in working with local Mexico Partner ecosystem (OEMs, Distribution, Design in accounts) is highly desired
  • Experience in design-in process utilizing industry platform components for PCs, Servers, IoT or embedded systems

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
