Job Description
Responsibility:
In this role, you will be responsible for raising the bar for American teacher’s performance to meet the needs of Chinese parents and students with well-designed training program and effective quality assurance protocols. Key metrics of success for this role will be student enrollment and renewal rate as American teacher is the core of our product.

Job Description:
1. Lead the two teams of training and quality assurance and drive up the overall teacher performance through the teams.
2. Provide guidance for the design and implementation of teacher training program; constantly improve the effectiveness of the training.
3. Provide guidance for design and implementation of quality assurance process. Ensure students’ experiences with aggressive and efficient QA approach. Manage poor performance teachers through rigid Mandatory Performance Review.
4. Help improve teacher satisfaction and make it an attractive place for existing and perspective American teachers to work. Make the systematic training and QA process as part of teacher development and a great experience.
5. Be responsible for driving down complaint rates by giving guidance and feedbacks to relevant departments e.g. adjustment on hiring standards, revision on teacher evaluation system.
6. Work with senior management teams from other departments within and outside of American teacher group; align on long-term and short-term priorities. Support cross-functional projects.

Requirement:
1. Self-motivated and outstanding leadership
2. Strong communications in both English and Chinese
3. 5-8 years’ experience in education industry is preferred.
