We are currently looking for a people manager to join the Industry Experience and SW Product Management organization to lead the industry experience and content marketing engineer team. The team's charter is to accelerate adoption of Intel technologies by empowering the industry and developer ecosystem to leverage the value of our silicon, hardware, and software. This team creates and executes content and an experience offering that educates, influences, and engages industry and developer audiences, helping them accelerate solution development to HEC industries. In this role, you will partner across organizations in the Health, Education, and Consumer industries, including all vertical segments, UX/DX, engineering, central marketing and incubation.

This unique role requires a person with a combination of industry and technology domain expertise and a strong understanding of the customer and developer journey. You will communicate with clear and actionable messaging that empower our audiences to deliver value to their end customers. As a leader of a high performing team, you operate with clarity and empower team members to contribute successfully.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead industry and developer engagement strategy inclusive of education, communications, and marketing tactics to improve use, influence and awareness of Intel's technology capabilities.

  • Lead and deliver HEC content experience--creation, distribution, amplification and measurement--based on the CX/DX journey.

  • Optimize content performance, relevancy and usefulness with data.

  • Collaborate with vertical segments, UX/DX, engineering, central marketing and incubation programs to create audience value.

  • Develop and grow team talent.

  • Drive Center of Excellence for content marketing operations by leading intake, prioritization, budget/resource, and measurement required for the execution.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven experience to effectively collaborate with different levels of management, external partners, and end customers.

  • Excellent presentation skills to deliver different levels of messaging to engineering, sales, marketing, and end customers.

  • Business analysis skills to derive data insights to business outcomes.

  • Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Management/Marketing, or Developer Marketing with 6+ years of experience OR Masters degree in Management/Marketing, or Developer Marketing with 4+ years of experience.

  • People management experience.

  • Strong content/industry/developer marketing competency and validated experience in go-to-market strategy, communications, and content creation.

  • Experience with content formats (e.g., podcast, blog, video) and channels (e.g., Apple Podcast, YouTube, GitHub) based on the industry and developer communities/audiences served.

  • Experience with components, tools, platforms, and open source.

  • Knowledge of competitive landscape, market intelligence, and ecosystem partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product/content/developer marketing experience with a focus on developer/technical industry audiences, developer products, embedded and general software, and end-to-end systems.

  • Managing experience programs.

  • Experience in the retail, banking, hospitality, education, health and life sciences related technologies is a significant advantage.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
