Duties:

• Lead a team for community education of youth and the public on cultural and environmental issues
• Integrate Christian faith and learning into tours, workshops, and seminars
• Design trails of a living museum in Dragon Garden
• Manage and conserve a heritage site
• Oversee construction and building preservation and renovation projects; tender preparation and project management
• Coordinate with government departments; manage contractors and service providers

Qualifications:

• Master degree in humanities, social sciences, conservation or related disciplines;
• Five or more years of working experience in heritage conservation, gardening, museum management or cultural tourism;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Dedicated Christian with active service in a local church;
• Possess a sense of mission and Christian commitment

• Manage cultural site as mission and a living museum as experiential learning campus.
• Pay scale comparable to non profits curators or facility manager
