Job Responsibilities：
1. Fully preside over the management of the store, and cooperate with the implementation of various marketing strategies of the headquarters;
2. Carry out the tasks assigned by the headquarters;
3. Supervise the goods, loading and replenishment of commodities, and do a good job in purchase acceptance, commodity display, commodity quality and service quality management and other related operations;
4. Supervise the management of commodity loss in stores and grasp the scale of commodity loss;
5. Properly handle customer complaints and various contradictions that occur in service work;
6. Responsible for the training and education of employees.
7. Experience in store management is preferred
