You will work closely with our internal business partners to strengthen the postion of our products in the Commercial Vehicle Industry and steer the company toward improved financial standing in the coming years.

■ Your mission1. Holistic responsibility for the financial planning, and controlling of HDT/Bus/Aggregate projects in MFTBC
2. Periodic financial planning and steering of HDT/Bus/Aggregate project activities, e.g. Revenue, Variable Cost and Fixed Cost
3. Safeguarding compliance of controlling activities with all relevant methods, guidelines, processes and standards
4. Preparation of financial decision making material for management committees and ad-hoc requests
5. Overall Finance Lead for HDT/Bus/Aggregate product projects including target setting
6. Align project financials with relevant business partners (e.g. Project management, R&D, Production, Procurement, etc.)
7. Prepare presentations for decision making in relevant management meetings


■ Team Overview
8 staff positions (5 project controlling, 3 material cost controlling) with team members from 7 different countries arround the world

■ Your responsibilities
0. Lead, motivate and develop the assigned staff by means of target agreements and performance reviews based on corporate vision. Ensure each individual matches required qualifications for each task/daily
1. Delegate and coordinate tasks to assigned staff to ensure on time financial submissions and high customer satisfaction/daily
2. Reporting to department head about team status and results/weekly
3. Creation of consolidated economic evaluations and complex profitability calculations, financial scenario comparisons incl. location and industrialization decisions as well as alignment with relevant business partners/monthly
4. Responsibility for the derivation of target cost based on profitability targets that are in line with the overall company targets and strategy. Coordination of the overall target setting processes in accordance with the defined CVDS premises and in alignment with other involved line functions for unit cost and funding/monthly
5. Responsibility for steering of overall target cost achievement process including tracking and addressing of respective measures, chances & risks under consideration of further important target dimensions (e.g. functionality, quality, timeline, etc.)/monthly
6. Safeguarding integration of financial project planning in the operative planning processes/bi-annually
7. Participation in relevant Core team meetings and committees/on demand
8. Cross-functional alignment /on demand
