Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers to monitor customers’ project execution and make sure requirements, deliverables and schedule are being met

2. Work with cross-functional teams in our division to address customers’ issues or questions and provide resolution

3. Coordinate regular meeting with customers and internal teams as needed to track status and monitor progress

4. Prepare status and progress reports on regular basis to check against plan-of-record

5. Gathering customers’ feedback and understand their pain-points to back propagate internally for improvement


Requirements:

1. Proven experience in high-tech industry related program management

2. Excellent organizational and communication skills

3. Having ability and will to work positively with a wide range of customers and individuals

4. Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies and techniques

5. Good knowledge of scheduling and resource allocation procedures
