Leading and managing the PUQ5 team in WujP. Responsible for supplier assessment, enabling and development in CN-wide with Value streams in WujP; Systematical problem solving and claim handling support; Set up preventive measures at supplier and support on project purchasing领导及管理PUQ5在武进的团队。负责在全中国范围内，进行基于武进工厂供应商的评审、改进、质量问题分析跟踪、供应商发展等活动。系统地问题解决以及投诉支持。建立预防性措施以及项目采购支持。

1. Leading and managing the PUQ5 team in WujP. Report and presence as PUQ5 window person to plant.领导及管理PUQ5在武进的团队。汇报并作为PUQ5在工厂的窗口人。

2. Lead the process audit based on VDA6.3. Support to analysis the root cause and find out & follow up the corrective actions. 根据VDA6.3的审核条款要求，开展供应商的过程审核。并且针对审核发现，协助供应商查找根因并进行后期跟踪。

3. Technical service on TSR and GPC16, GPC20 approval, supporting PUE to ensure the quality capability of supplier for new project. 参加技术讨论，批量前/后的过程审核。支持项目工程师确保供应商的批量前后具备质量保证能力。

4. Support supplier on systematic problem solving and follow-up corrective actions.协助供应商解决质量投诉，进行根本原因分析和后期的措施跟踪。

5. Conduct focus supplier program including monthly performance review, analysis, problem solving and follow up.开展重点供应商的改进项目，包括数据跟踪，数据分析，问题查找，改进跟踪等。

6. Support the PUE to the localization project in providing the technical support.协助项目采购工程师进行零件的国产化和技术支持。

7. Provide technical support (KC definition) to incoming inspection engineers and claim engineer for the responsible products.为检验和投诉工程师提供零部件检验方面及问题确认的技术支持 (关键特性定义)。

8. Assisting supplier to achieve sustainable quality through preventive QS measure

   协助供应商制定质量预防措施确保实现质量要求。

9. Prepare relevant technical specification or work instruction for procurement activities. 针对采购零件要求，协助供应商准备相关技术规范和作业指导书。

10. Support / train supplier to make out the Q requirements based on different products.(including tolerance, process capability, machine capacity, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc.)  in technical talks with suppliers协助/培训供应商确定相关质量控制文件（公差，过程能力，设备能力，过程布局，测试计划，检验能力等）

11. 1 Lead the supplier development program to make supplier meet the continues improvement target.开展针对供应商发展的持续改进项目，以达到供应商不断提高的目的。

1. Bachelor degree or above本科或以上学历。

2.Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in mechanical/electrical industry and above 2 years purchasing quality management. 五年以上机械/电气工程的质量管理经验以及2年以上采购质量管理经验。

3.Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949/QS9000/VDA6.3 quality management system and tools. 熟悉ISO9001/TS16949/QS9000/VDA6.3等质量管理体系和工具。

4. Knowledge of Q-Methods, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D , 6 sigma or lean management experience .熟悉质量管理方法APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, 具有六西格玛或精益管理经验者

5.Good communication skill in hard and complex situation & interpersonal relationship.在复杂和艰难情况下的良好的沟通技巧和人际关系。

6. Proficiency in English。英语熟练。
