JOB OBJECTIONS:
1. Assist in training project design and course logistics ,course evaluation and follow up.
2. Assist dentists ,nurses and receptionists on direct billing service.
3. Compile data and files for JCI(Join commission international) or the other accreditation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Training project:
1.1 Draft course outline in English.
1.2 Assist internal and outside training course design, implement, evaluation and follow up.
1.3 Help training business development.
1.4 Conducts research about market and industry trends on dental training business worldwide.
1.5 Together with a team, projecting some international cooperation plans with universities and healthcare institutes worldwide.

2. Direct billing management:
2.1 Assist dentists ,nurses and receptionists on foreign patients communication.
2.2 Help patients full claim forms out.
2.3 Follow up with incomplete claim forms.
2.4 Assist receptionist to communicate with insurance company.

3. JCI or the other accreditation:
3.1 Assist the site activities for JCI or the other accreditation audit; coordinate and participate in preparation of documents.
3.2 Assist initiate training and education programs for QC staff according to their needs.
Requirements:
1. Education :Bachelor or above degree major in healthcare ,commerce or business related.
2. Working experience :Entry level
3. Technical and professional knowledge : English Fluency ,PC skills.
