Manager to Senior Manager – Accounting Compliance & Reporting (ACR)
Our tax practice revolves around helping our clients effectively manage their tax obligations proactively and responsibly. As part of a global team of 35,000 tax professionals in 150 countries, you will advise clients on planning, compliance and reporting wherever the client has needs. Major Responsibilities
- Manage clients in diverse industries and provide advisory and compliance services in relation to tax compliance, accounting services, tax audit, tax health check, value added tax, foreign contractor tax, corporate income tax, etc.
- Daily contact with clients and lead a team to add value to our clients and meet our commitments with clients.
- Identify the opportunities from existing engagements and participate in business development activities of team in particular and firm in general.
- Demonstrate best practice and knowledge sharing among team members
- Effectively manage client communication, escalations & provide guidance
- Review and execute quality deliverables.
- Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff and seniors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree with business-related majors in accounting, finance, management or a related field with strong academic credentials.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in Big4, client-service firms, with proven track record in managing level.
- Strong accounting knowledge, being well versed in all statutory compliances.
- Proactive, independent with strong management and interpersonal skills
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA will be key advantages.
