Requirements:
Qualifications
Native or highly skilled English speaker
Experience in educational setting desirable
Excellent decision-making, logistical and organizational skills
Willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed
A history of managing budgets, inventory, logistics, and resources
A history of working effectively in a team setting meeting programmatic goals

Leadership ability with an eye for detail and safety
Excellent decision-making, logistical and organizational skills
Flexiblity in regards to working conditions and hours
Skills
Safe navigation and operation of the yacht
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Proficiency developing lesson plans and curriculum desirable
Ability to train other staff
Experience
Experience working with youth in educational programs is essential
Experience managing budgets, inventory, logistics and resources
Knowledge of maintenance and repair of classic wooden yachts
Logged experience as a skipper on a vessel of similar size and characteristics
Have a Hong Kong Grade I or II Pleasure Vessel Local Certificate of Competency or be willing to earn one.
External qualifications from either the USCG or RYA are desirable.
Three or more years in command of a similar vessel.
