In following years, Bilingual Schools (K12 School) will be their main business focus and the whole group has strong academic supports as well.

Business Growth and Reputation

• Collaborates with CEO/China and contributes to organizational strategy to support a high growth business, in a competitive and fast-growing market, without compromising quality.

• Serve as a strategic business partner with the Regional office and the schools to drive the opening of new schools, continued transformation and operational improvement of the business.

• Applying sound fundamentals and principals in the development of operational processes and programs, with clear KPI's and deliverables.

• Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.

• Championing successful outcomes in discussions and negotiations, at all levels in the organization.

Strategic & Orgnisational Leadership

• Collaborates with CEO/China to lead the school community and develops strategic initiatives to support business improvement. Managing effectively the philosophy and the MOE guidelines, for bilingual educations programs in China.

• Leads opportunity and is committed to continuous improvement aligned with the organizational vision and direction. Designing and implementing operational processes, providing structure and direction across all bilingual schools.

• Promotes a high performance and collaborative culture, adopting best practices across both the academic and operational staff in bilingual schools.

Operational Expertise & Resource Management

• Working closely with Principal of each BL school, he/she will be responsible for reaching and achieving the business goals and objectives.

• Assist the BL schools in adhering to compliance and policies for excellent academic performance and adhering to the Chinese national curriculum's criteria.

• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the schools.

• Collaborate with the Regional SLT to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and people designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organisation.

Developing Talent

• Motivate and lead high performance school management teams; advocating and administrating performance development through the company's values and the Core 7 Competency Framework.

• Attracts, retains and develops staff, managing effectively in a cross-cultural environment.

Efficient Bilingual Abilities - (Chinese & English);

Strong overall operation Experience - Previously could from Hotel Industry / Retail Industry / Health Care Industry / Education Industry.

Have strong interest in Education Industry.
