They are now looking for China MD role, to help them drive the leading position, optimize the internal procedure and lead the team. Reporting to Global COO of the company therefore requires English proficiency. This role does not lead the team of manufacturing & production, mainly lead and drive on sales & commercial side.

• Develop long-term strategies for China region to align with corporate vision.

• Execute the strategic plan to maintain continued growth of direct sales channels, distributors, and strategic marketing within the region.

• Drive to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.

• Lead team of Business Development, Marketing and Sales.

• Collaborate with internal groups, including Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, Business development and Innovations to implement, marketing campaigns

• Oversee consistent corporate branding to align with corporate strategy and growth value.

As the Ideal candidate-

• A minimum of 10 years in manufacturing industry, especially of office supply or building material or chemical, e.g. elevators, building material etc.

• Previous Director of VP level, managed a team of > 20 people.

• Prior experience in direct sales, speaking Great English
