Your key responsibilities will include: • Display excellent leadership behavior in collaboration with technical counterparts and the Sales team. • Holistic responsibility for the performance measurement, forecasting and reporting in collaboration with the Head of FPM. • Identify the necessary strategies in the field of business administration and finance while providing support and controls for the implementation and enforcement of commercial / administrative activities. • Entrepreneurial and economical responsibility within the countries, including the drawing of budget plans, coverage of agreed targets and medium-term business development. • Drive market exploitation and securing correct business establishments (negotiate, drive and complete commercial negotiations with partners, clients, and vendors). • Controlling of all relevant Key Performance Indicators and provide delta analysis where required. • Oversee the commercial approach to new tenders and project bids in cooperation with the bid teams. • Support quality and EHS (if there are determined) targets in the field, participate in achieving the targets if necessary. • Comply with and working within authorizations ensured by law, rules, acts and internal regulations. Placing of project-related orders in accordance with the delegated limits of project values and calculated project costs. • Manage commercial teams in China and Hong Kong. • Directly handle and supervise the following administrative activities: accounting, finance, audit, procurement, taxes, law and other support functions. • In depth involvement with the support functions as well as controlling and steering the value flows from such functions. • Liaise with authorities to comply with local laws and regulations (supported by Head of Accounting in Singapore). • Responsible for compliance with all internal and external financial and reporting rules, implementation of company rules, procedures and quality standards as well as compliance with international audit requirements. • Positively influence the diverse Yunex / Yutraffic family and support the individual development of each employee. • Intensify relations with clients, maintains relations with financial representatives, authorities and other financial institution. The successful candidate demonstrates following experience & skills: • >5 years professional experience in a similar role. • >8 years of experience in project controlling or equivalent discipline. • >5 years leadership experience. • Experience in a small to medium sized global company is an advantage. • Ensuring that the laws in effect are observed and tracking the changes in legal regulations. • Capability to work in international teams and with international customers and providers. • SAP knowledge will be of advantage. • Further knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI will be of advantage. • Fluent Chinese and English language skills (written and verbal) , additional language skills will be of advantage. • Hands on attitude willing to contribute to other fields of the business if and when required. • Previous participation in corporate improvement activities and processes to track and implement tangible improvements to the business. • Strong Ownership culture with the ability to work independently. • Positive mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across hierarchies and countries.
