职责描述
- Capable of identifying and developing relationships with potential new clients, resulting in engaging in a new project.
- Lead and coach allocated resources engaged in implementation of the agreed client scope of work and adherence to the CPMCPMCPMCPM [Client Project Management] procedure.
- Develop, maintain and grow client relationships.
- Evolve the internal business systems and employee capability
- Manage and expand the client portfolio and operating footprint across multiple sectors and regions.
- Be responsible for the day to day management of a team of operational consultants, and when required, personally deliver projects.
