Our client is a Hong Kong Property Developer with strong track record in Hong Kong high end residential development in Asia including Hong Kong/ Singapore, etc. They are currently looking to expand their business by hiring a Managing Director, to lead the Hong Kong business operation: Sales & Marketing/ Land Acquisition/ Project Development/ Investment, etc.

Requirement:

• At least 15 years of working experience in Hong Kong Real Estate sector
• Must have experience in leading a team or multiple teams within property development sector ( preferably at least medium size)
• Native in Cantonese/ fluent in English and Mandarin
• Knowledgeable in the Hong Kong residential development market including land acquisition/ sales/ marketing & government regulations
