As a skilled and attentive Managing Director and Vice President of Instrument Manufacturing, you will report directly to the Vice President of Global Instrument Manufacturing and be an integral part of Siemens Healthineers senior leadership team. You will also provide direction and oversight to the site’s manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and logistics teams to achieve production targets and business objectives. To give you an idea of how this Managing Director and Vice President of Instrument Manufacturing role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do: Develop and implement successful manufacturing operations and maintenance strategies for Siemens Healthineers products to meet and exceed company production objectives Identify long-term central changes and process improvements that will significantly transform and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness Develop, direct and implement principal manufacturing management plans, policies, procedures and systems to best achieve overall manufacturing, quality and delivery targets Enable sustained, long-term change and transformation processes by explicitly laying out a clear central plan to inspire change To apply for this Manufacturing Director and Vice President role, you will need to be a manager with a track record of guiding meaningful plant-sized operations.
