• Full profit and loss responsibility for all business in China
• Building-up a new production site in the Nanjing-area and assuring a fast production start-up
• Defining the organizational set-up and staffing
• Developing and implementing the sales strategy with focus on E-Mobility and new energy applications
• Significant expansion of the business for continued profitable growth and further market penetration
• Annual budget planning
• Tight cooperation with and direct reporting to the Regional Manager APAC in Hongkong as well as to the German HQ

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil umfasst

• Technical degree or degree in business administration with strong technical knowledge, MBA preferred
• Extensive leadership and sales experience in an international, industrial company in China with documented success
• Good market knowledge of the Chinese automation industry and its target markets (e.g. E-Mobility, battery storage systems, solar, automation, intralogistics)
• Sound understanding of manufacturing processes
• Entrepreneurial, result-driven personality with conceptual strength
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
• Very good skills in English
• Trustworthy person living in the Greater Shanghai region
