Sifro Network & Technology is a multinational company based in Shanghai. We produce ideas, solutions, and standards and provide them through unique global products and systems in the field of communication. We are looking for a Managing Director of Technical Maintenance and Customer Support Department!

Job Description:

• Organization and guidance of smooth functioning of technical maintenance and customer support department;
• Provide services to customers (call center, feedback, and hotline);
• Develop and implement processes, systems, and technology to support and enhance the technical maintenance and customer support;
• Liaison with other departments to achieve organizational goals;
• Assisting in manpower planning.

Qualifications:
• Higher education in Information Technology, business administration or equivalent work experience;
• 10 years of experience in relevant area with a minimum of 3 years in technical support management, including people management;
• Strong management skills;
• Active and strong personality;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong analytic and decision-making abilities;
• High level of oral and written grammar;
• Advanced spoken and written of English is required, knowledge of Russian is a plus.
