職務說明

• The position will follow each tax and regulatory change from discovery through successful translation into an application update.
• Providing high quality deliverables to our clients and keeping their mission-critical enterprise Applications compliant.
• Provide in-depth functional knowledge of SAP HCM and Peoplesoft Global Payroll.
• Ability to articulate business requirements clearly

• Ensure total product compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations through the analysis of each tax and legislative change and production of Business Analysis & Functional specifications

• Solid experience in SAP HCM Taiwan or Chain (functional) with Agile methodology is highly appreciated

• Ability to communicate effectively across various teams based in the APAC region and globally as required

• Have a client focussed or consultative approach

• Be committed to excellence and high quality standards

• Capable of leading a team if required or mentoring more inexperienced BA's if necessary

• Be able to work to tight deadlines, remaining calm under pressure

• Ability to work remotely/virtually with other team members and travel occasionally for project team meetings if required
• English and Mandarin communication skills are critical
