The Digital Transformation team is a cross functional team within COF Global Operations, responsible for orchestrating the COF digital strategy and ecosystem, fostering innovation and managing the project portfolio globally. The team is spread across country borders and supports stakeholders across 14 countries. You will help us drive the branding of the Digital Transformation department – for internal and external communications on various channels. Align with stakeholders and define communication plans. You will also drive market research and benchmarking for FinTechs; identify trends in communication, design that contributes to our product development and process optimization efforts You will moderate (or assist moderation) workshops with businesses and customers to identify concrete potential of Digitalization use cases You will support the newly established portfolio management team and contribute with insights, impulses and ideas to jointly shape SFS COF’s Digital Transformation initiative towards maximum impact You will act in a PMO capacity for the portfolio management team to coordinate with various projects and keep the program artifacts up to date and when necessary, maintain and update the tools such as Project Online / Power BI etc. You will support the establishment of the global communication platform for the Digital Transformation team, which will be the primary surface to drive innovation within the organization What you need to make real what matters. You are a master student or at least third semester bachelor student and have a mandatory internship to complete You have enthusiasm for digitalization and financial technology and are able to engage and foster collaboration in personal / virtual or hybrid environments You have an independent, dedicated and solution-oriented work approach You have excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and have experience in one of the following design activities like UX (user experience), CX (customer experience) You have strong communication skills (fluent in English and German is a plus) Previous experience in the financial industry, project management and / or design thinking methods are an advantage, but not a must Duration of the internship is based on university regulations.
