Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities: IT Strategy is a department that establishes a department wide strategy for IT professionals encompassing nearly 2000 employees with an aim of developing future road maps and supporting top management towards company goals With this role, you will be part of a companywide initiative communicating digital transformation across communities such as citizen development. In this regard, you would support collective meetings & discussions, creating efficient content through websites, consistent support to the communities with a strong communication skillset Furthermore, your proactive role will also be useful for preparation and execution of workshops across different company levels, giving you the opportunity to bring your own ideas forward Thereby you will actively drive our community management within the department as well as across the company To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Healthcare IT Your qualifications and experience: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, media, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administrations etc. within EU You are proficient in working with MS Office tools (esp. Outlook, Excel, PPT; Power Platform is a plus). You have knowledge or interest in the areas of Citizen Development, Platforms, RPA, IoT, AI, cloud services, change and innovation management (Take a look at the Gartner Hype Cycle ????) You have experience with video recordings, editing/ clipping and further media Your attributes and skills: You are a driven and motivated person which strong communication skills to work across different teams, as well as work with top management You have creative abilities towards work, and an out of box thinking mindset You diligently take ownership of your work and can also work independently with work at hand You value teamwork and transparency (we are one family and therefore support each other). Your attitude is one of a team player, motivated individual with an ability to drive projects together with the team You have a strong passion for technology and experimentations You have “get things done” mentality, with a strong affinity to deliver results and can handle tasks responsibly You have good pitch and presentation skills, especially for presenting topics to a community An excellent command of written and spoken English is required, German skills would be an asset The duration of the mandatory internship is a minimum of 4 months, more is a plus.
