Global Capital Financing Department

Responsibilities:

• Driving the whole bond issuance transaction process,  including client pitching, deal execution
• Familiar with financial modelling, international credit rating,  presentation preparation on high standard
• Manage and ensure proper documentation in both English and Chinese
• Liaise with various internal parties such as Relationship Managers,  legal and compliance team, onshore branch offices 

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business/ Finance/ Law, preferably with MBA/ CFA
• With a minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed income, especially in credit evaluation of client
• Strong analytical orientation, knowledge of credit, risk and structural issues
• Strong interest in financial services markets and trends
• Client services oriented, be able to handle any ad hoc tasks
• Fluent in written and spoken English  and Putonghua
