This exciting role offers opportunity to: To coordinate ETO design & production, To quick response to shop floor finding. To work on technical solution of ETO products. Quick response to solve problems during production on process, raw material quality, BOM, etc. Working with quality team to solve quality issues and customer complaints on short/Long time actions. Work with NPD team on new products process development, Support new products pilot run, track the open action to be closed. Be responsibility of ETO production equipment/fixture/tool selection, quotation, purchasing, etc. Process training for operators to improve their capability. Continuous improve working instruction, flow chart, PFMEA, JSA(Jobsite safety assessment), etc for related production cells. Working with QA team to do FAT. Optimize current process/production cells/layout to improve productivity. Lead ETO produciton efficiency improvement project, RIE(rapid improvement event), VSM, etc, for related production cells to meet annual efficiency improvement target. Working with CI team/EHS team to own related modular of them to pass MESH/EBE/OpA audit. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of experience in manufacture Engineer Perform highly lean skills, lead lean project experience And can understand English mechanical drawing and file clearly, has basic written and oral English ability Yes!
