The Challenge:

• To assist Manufacture Engineering Manager in organizing daily work.协助制造工程经理完成日常工作；
• Maintain the Manufacture Engineering Department documentation system.维护制造工程部的文件系统；
• To assist the department to balance within production, manufacture, quality and SHEs which becoming more challengeable on the duration of rapid business growing.伴随着业务快速增长带来的挑战，协助部门平衡生产、制造、质量和SHE之间的关系；
• Work complex degree is medium, need high positive and initiative. Daily work needs to cooperate and communicate with workshop production team, R&D, Manufacture Engineering, QA/QC,SHE,IP project and other supporting function etc. 工作复杂程度中等，需要高的积极和主动性，日常工作需要与车间生产团队、研发、制造工程、QA、QC、SHE、IP、项目和其它支持部门等进行沟通。

The Position:

• To support manufacture engineering department administratively and functionally, such as document filing, taking minutes of meetings and managing authorizations. 在行政和职能上支持制造工程部，如文件归档，会议记录和授权管理。
• Manage Manufacture manager’s and site manager’s electronic calendar, organize meetings and manage the weekly department manager attendance (out of office). 管理制造工程部经理的电子日历，组织会议并管理部门经理的每周出勤(外出)。
• To take care of translation (in writing and verbal) internally as well as externally. 对内对外负责翻译工作(书面和口头)。
• Coordinate and keep track of: 1）Manufacture KPIs 2) Manufacture Engineering Department target achievements. 协调并跟踪: 1)制造工程部门的关键绩效指标 2)制造工程部目标完成情况。
• To assist maintenance department to sort out equipment numbers and improve equipment files, including drawings, special equipment and quality critical equipment. 协助维修部门整理设备编号并完善设备档案，包括图纸、特种设备、质量关键设备。
• To assist IP department to collect and manage MOC and small project data and evidence. 协助工厂提高部门进行MOC和小项目的资料和证据的收集和管理。
• Other tasks assigned by manager. 完成经理安排的其他工作。
• To work in a SHE & security responsible manner and report all SHE & security incidents. This includes but limited to the following 对安全健康环保及安保负责的方式进行工作，及时汇报所有安全健康环保和安保事故/事件。包括但不限于如下：

• Follow the national and company regulations and standards. 执行国家和公司的相关法规和标准。
• Conscientiously participate safety training to improve safety skills. 自觉参加安全培训，不断提高安全技能。
• Get to know the security policies & requirements; Actively participate in all security trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness. 了解公司的安保政策及需求，积极参与所有安保的培训，以获取知识和提高认识。
• Execute company SHE, related security and emergency procedures. 执行公司的安全健康环保/相关的安保程序/应急程序。

9. Conscientiously and consciously participate in all kinds of quality related training, learning quality related knowledge. 认真、自觉参加各种质量相关培训，学习质量相关知识。

The Ideal:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering is preferred. 本科以上，化工类或工程类专业背景优先。
• More than 2 years working experience in related area. 2 年以上相关工作经验
• Be familiar with general chemical process and mechanical engineering. 熟悉化工工艺、机械工程等知识。
• In food manufacturing has extensive experience and GMP knowledge. 在食品制造业和GMP方面有经验者更佳
• Good communication and social skills. 良好的沟通和社交技能。
• Be familiar with Auto CAD, Word，Excel, PPT. 熟悉Auto CAD, Word, Excel, PPT。
• Good oral and writing. 良好的口语和写作能力。
