En Eaton (Haina DR) tenemos la vacante Asistente de Manufactura. Este role tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Asistir al supervisor del área en la definición y establecimiento de los planes de producción y en el seguimiento a las métricas y coordinaciones/controles generales de la línea. Brinda soporte en la recolección de data, análisis y ejecución de proyectos de su área. Digitar reportes de producción diarios/semanales/mensuales. Asistir al supervisor en lograr la elaboración y ejecución del plan de producción. Lograr el cumplimiento de todos las métricas contenidas en el BSC de la línea. Soporte en cumplimento de las herramientas Lean/ EQS/ MESH/PBA/PROLAUNCH Mantener 5S en su área. Asistir para mejorar el manejo y control de inventario. Asistir al supervisor en el cierre de las acciones generadas en las reuniones departamentales. Asistir al supervisor en la elaboración de la presentacion departamental Asistir al supervisor en el manejo del personal asignado; asegurando asistencia, manejo de conflictos menores, coordinación de trabajo de fin de semana, digitación de los eventos positivos y negativos, etc. Asistir al supervisor en la elaboración de la documentación para cambios/movimientos de personal como: cambio de departamento, de turno y otros. Asistir al supervisor en el manejo del proceso de Overtime. Buscar oportunidades de mejora en su área. Soporte en los proyectos de aumento de productividad. Soporte en manejo y control de material no conforme (MRN/SCRAP) Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/EHS. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad, así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton. El no-cumplimiento con los procedimientos de seguridad puede derivar en accidentes menores y/o lesiones dependiendo de las funciones. Qualifications REQUISITOS: Estudiante Universitario del área de Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines con un mínimo de 120 créditos aprobados. Conocimientos básicos de inglés.
