- Identify and develop methods to improve the manufacturing process to achieve profitability
- Support creation of equipment specifications and review cost estimates requests in cross functional team.
- Facilitate engineering changes & new part releases per PEP, APQP
- Scout equipment and processes that are designed to maintain a safe and clean work area to improve safety and contribute to good employee morale
- Participate in special projects about digitalization, energy efficiency and factory of the future
- Elaborate and review technical documents for production (layout, instructions, MTM-analysis, time calculation, tools, devices and other production resources)and quality documentation (process flow chart, control plan, FMEA, etc.)
- Drive process development by specialists of new product generation in SE team.
- Ensure to comply with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment
Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 5-8 years of work experience in manufacturing area
- Good project management skills
- Fluent in English language
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Open minded, initiative, target oriented
- Team oriented and good communication skills
