A. From local manufactory side, he/she understand the products knowledge and technology process which he/she takes care; B.Guide VFD TE to ensure that all test plans meet customer requirements C. Take engineering decision when there’s deviation between actual results and standards; D.Ensure that the test policies, procedures, and related documents are consistent with the actual test E. Be responsible for preparing/creating technical document/standards (drawing/files), including Bill of material and Routing setup for manufacturing process; F. Be responsible for product/process/technology engineering change, any update or change must be properly communicated and implemented; G. Modify the technology data of product/process/technology according to actual situation of manufactory, realize and transfer relevant issue to the function department; H. Cooperate with designer to redesign products to fulfill the requirements and specifications. I. From product management side to ensure the production must obey Chinese law and standards. J. Support to design the process and layout of new product as well as process continuous improvement. K. Support to design the inspection points of the product and make the main requirement with test engineering team or quality engineering team; L.
