With us, you can do something significant that benefits society and human progress Your new role – challenging and future-oriented * Diploma with 5-8 years experience or BE Mechanical with 3 to 5 Years experience in heavy component Manufacturing. * Exposure in CNC Heavy Machine shop, production planning & general management of manufacturing operations. * Knowledge of tooling, processes & programming of CNC machines. * Leadership Capabilities. * Familiar with CNC heavy machines & have knowledge of 2D & 3D programming * Ensures adherence to defined manufacturing guidelines, processes and procedures. * Contributes to production planning processes, and determines manufacturing priorities based on established production hrs. * Develops and Implements performance measurement and improvement initiatives * Proposes procedures improvements and implements technical infrastructure. * Conducts time and motions studies and derives time standards for production calculations.
